About Department
The Department of Commerce was established in 2014 for providing a new dimension to Commerce Discipline and to provide industry oriented professionals at Under – Graduate. It shares the responsibility to provide leadership in fulfilling the joint mission of education, research and training in management.
Our venture has always been to intermingle technical excellence with strong fundamental skills and values. The institute is striving to provide high quality teaching while providing a climate for basic and applied research and offers programme designed to meet the needs of the corporate world in the dynamic global business scenario.
“Ready to Work, Ready to Lead”. This is an apt description of the college itself and a degree in Commerce opens up opportunities in higher education for graduates to pursue Master’s-level courses. A B.Com graduate also has opportunities to apply for professional courses in commerce and accountancy.
